1. The tool. Giving Statements helps you turn your own giving records into donor statements. You're responsible for the accuracy of your data and of each statement before you send it.
2. Not tax or legal advice. Wording and summaries on this site are based on IRS Publication 1771 and are general information only. Ask a qualified professional about your situation.
3. Subscriptions. Pro renews monthly or yearly until you cancel. Cancel any time from the subscription management page; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
4. Fair use. One subscription per organization. Don't try to disrupt the service or resell it.
5. No warranty. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
6. Changes. We may update these terms or prices; changes apply going forward.
