Your files

When you choose a CSV or Excel file, this web page reads it inside your browser. The statements, ZIP and CSV are created in your browser too. No donor names, addresses, emails or amounts are uploaded, stored or seen by us. The site's security policy (Content-Security-Policy) blocks the page from sending data to any other website.

What is saved on your device

To save you time, your organization details, letter settings and column choices are saved in your browser's local storage. Pro also saves your logo, templates and the email you unlocked with. You can remove all of it with the "Forget everything saved in this browser" button on the tool page, or by clearing your browser's site data.

What is sent

• Pro unlock: if you tap "Restore / Unlock Pro", the email you type and the product name ("giving") are sent to our license check service, which asks our payment processor (Stripe) whether that email has an active subscription. It answers only yes/no, the plan and the paid-through date. Your browser repeats this check every few days while Pro is active.
• Checkout: payments are handled by Stripe on Stripe's own pages. We never see your card number. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Hosting: the site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes normal web request data (like IP address) to deliver pages.
• Analytics: if Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled, it counts page views without cookies. It does not receive your files or their contents.

We don't sell or share personal information, and there are no ads or tracking cookies.
